The goal of Project KTMO is to provide needed Veterinary Services to the residents at the US Naval Station at Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Over a 3 year period we hope to improve the health of the people and animals on the base by ensuring that every animal we treat is vaccinated for rabies, provided dewormers, and microchipped. These services will ensure a greater coverage to prevent the spread of rabies and other zoonetic diseases. SPCA International is providing significant funding for this historic project. Our first clinic was in November 2022 and we return in April 2023 for the second clinic.
